"Tracey did the photograph of me that I will use for my new book,And So It Was Written. I think that says it all! She is talented, was a pleasure to work with and I love the picture. I would not hesitate to use her again!" -Ellen Brazer, Book Author
"Had fun posing for these shots with Tracey Hagen. She took me outside my comfort zone. I would recommend her for this unique experience." - Myra Wexler, The Queen of Wynwood
At age five Tracey began her career as a pianist. At age seven, it was over. She had traded in the black and white keys for her new passion, black and white photography, and never looked back. Her Grandmother, whom graduated from The Peabody Conservatory, Tracey’s piano teacher, wasn’t amused to say the least. In her teen years she tried out for modeling but apparently “short” wasn’t in that season, so she turned her interest to animals, they, thankfully, did not care how tall she was. Tracey rode and jumped English horseback and actually became good enough to show.
Fine Art College was seen through the lens of her camera, which she hadn’t put down since age seven. After college she developed a severe case of wanderlust and began to travel the world. Reality finally called collect and she answered by going into the family business with her Mom, Real Estate Mogul, Barbara Hagen. Tracey became one of the youngest, most successful, Real Estate agents in Miami in 1993; or at least her clients John Travolta, Eddie Murphy, and Al Pacino thought so.
Tracey Hagen Photography always makes an effort to donate a portion of proceeds from photo sessions to a few select charities of choice that are close to Tracey's heart.
